Peace-building that starts with young people
Through Scouts for Peace, Flamingo Rovers creates safe spaces where university students and young people can talk, listen and solve problems before they become conflict. Our Peace Parliaments and Voices of Peace dialogues build practical skills in mediation, responsible citizenship and peaceful leadership.
Your support helps us take these conversations to more campuses and communities, prepare youth peace ambassadors, provide learning materials and bring young leaders together across different backgrounds. Every supported session gives more young people the confidence to choose dialogue over division.
Leadership and service that changes communities
Flamingo Rovers turns scouting values into action through youth leadership training, community service and the Green Party Initiative. Members learn to organise teams, communicate with confidence, serve vulnerable communities and lead practical environmental activities such as tree planting, clean-ups and conservation education.
Donations help us train more student leaders, equip service projects, support transport and field materials, and expand environmental action beyond Kisii University. The result is a growing network of young people who leave campus ready to lead with character, competence and a strong culture of service.
