DAY 2 | DEEPENING DIALOGUE
Day 2 of the Dialogue for Peace Training Workshop was all about building practical bridge-building skills.
We dove deep into active listening, empathy, and learning how to truly understand diverse perspectives. Participants also explored what it means to be a 'Dialogical Person' within the Dialogue Learning Zone.
Hands-on sessions introduced powerful methods like Dialogue Circles, Dialogue Cafés, Fishbowl, and Open Space. We wrapped up with reflective sessions and the DfP Learning Assessment to track growth and next steps. 🕊️🤝
