Shaping Leaders Through Scouting
The CLC Training Camp provides an opportunity for Scout leaders to develop essential leadership skills, strengthen teamwork and deepen their understanding of Scouting. Through practical activities, group discussions and outdoor experiences, participants learn responsibility, discipline, decision-making and effective communication.
The camp emphasizes that leadership is not about holding a position but serving others, leading by example and inspiring positive change. It prepares leaders to guide their crews, strengthen the Scouting movement and uphold the values of Scouting.
